Kids flee in terror as stadium roof collapses
A group of kids should have enjoyed the ice hockey experience of their lives when they trained with a NHL legend - but that dream turned into a nightmare when the stadium almost collapsed on their heads.
The children took to the ice in a new rink in Namestovo, Slovakia, to play alongside former Montreal Canadiens and New York Islanders star Richard Zednik. But parents at the side of the rink suddenly noticed bits of the ceiling had started to fall onto the ice and quickly screamed at their offspring to evacuate. What happened next is almost beyond belief.
The roof of the stadium - which only opened last November - collapsed under the weight of snow that had fallen in the previous few days, and within seconds the entire building had fallen in.
In what is a testament to the quick thinking of those at the scene, not a single person was injured in the amazing incident.
