Jireh Releases Single Probe Circ-it Kit

EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA, DECEMBER 19, 2011: Jireh has announced the release of a new kit configuration for the Circ-it manual small diameter scanner. The Circ-it is now available in a single probe kit, reducing the cost for those who only need to scan with only one probe. The kit comes with all necessary parts and hardware to assemble a single chain carrying a low-profile probe, while providing encoded output signal to most major UT instruments.

The Circ-it is a low profile scanner designed to provide encoded position of probes circumferentially around piping and tubing ranging in size from 0.840 to 4.5 inch OD. Due to the ultra-low profile design the Circ-it scanner can operate in an 11mm (0.433in) radial clearance envelope in applications such as water-wall. The Circ-it is also available in a dual probe kit, for more common weld scanning applications. Jireh also offers a manual couplant pump that fully integrates with the Circ-it’s built in irrigation system.
